Career Journey:

My career began as a Roustabout in 2016 under an ONGC rig. After a few years, I was promoted to Floorman and later to Derrickman. I then transitioned into the role of Rig Safety Officer and am currently working as an HSE Supervisor in Kuwait.

An experienced Operations Manager with over 18 years of expertise in the oil and gas drilling industry, specializing in rig operations, project execution, team leadership, and operational management.

Began a professional career in 2007 as a trainee and progressed through key operational roles, including Rig Incharge, before advancing to the position of Operations Manager. Possesses extensive hands-on experience in managing drilling operations, optimizing rig performance, and ensuring strict compliance with global safety standards.

I am a Petroleum Engineer with hands-on experience in drilling operations, wellsite supervision, and rig support activities. I am committed to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations.

Professional Milestones:

• Drilling Engineer Trainee: John Energy Limited (Jan 2022).
• Drilling Engineer: SINOPEC International Petroleum Service Kuwait Co. W.L.L. (Since Oct 2023).

Actively involved in monitoring drilling parameters, maintaining well control procedures, and managing drilling fluids on modern jack-up drilling rigs.
